About Kay Art
Kay Art Printers began in 1972 and has grown into one of North India’s pioneer specialists in customised packaging and commercial printing — serving customers across industry verticals, with a deep focus on pharmaceuticals.
What hasn’t changed is the philosophy: a symbiosis of the highest standards of printing technology, creative implementation and an unwavering commitment to quality. Keen attention to detail and precise execution have made Kay Art a preferred partner of choice — every job is checked, sorted and inspected before it leaves the floor.
Today, that means a 95-strong team, a six-press Heidelberg-led floor, in-house plate making, and a quality system built on ISO guidelines and GMP — all inside a 20,000 sq ft plant at Kundli, on Delhi’s doorstep.
What we make
Four product lines, one standard: customised pharmaceutical packaging engineered for regulatory-grade accuracy.
Pharma-grade printed cartons with Pantone-matched colour, precision die-cutting and machine pasting — sorted twice and 100% visually inspected.
Regulatory leaflets folded on dedicated Pratham lines — handling dense, small-type information with clean, accurate folds at volume.
Tightly engineered multi-fold outserts that carry regulation-heavy content in a compact footprint, ready for automated pack lines.
Multi-panel and multi-up carton constructions for combination packs — planned, imposed and finished as one controlled job.

✳ In-process quality checkpoints
URS and artwork arrive from the customer’s packaging or purchase team by e-mail. A PDF proof goes back for sign-off — and work begins only against approved artwork and a purchase order.
Text is verified against the approved artwork, positives are developed where required, and plates are made in-house on our CTP line under an Esko ArtPro+ workflow.
Sheets run on Heidelberg offset presses with continuous checks on Pantone shades, text and registration through the run — followed by sheet sorting.
Varnish or UV/aqua coating, then precision die-cutting on automatic platens with laser-made dies — and individual cartons sorted twice.
High-speed folder-gluers paste each carton before a 100% final visual inspection in a dedicated, lit inspection room — then bundle formation and wrapping.
Poly-bagged, packed into fresh CFB shippers — taped and labelled — with a final quality check on every box, then dispatched with multi-ups, shade cards, COA and samples.
Plant & machinery
A 20,000 sq ft plant across four working levels — basement, ground, first floor and terrace — engineered as a single line from raw board to dispatched shipper.
Quality management
Our Quality Management System is built on ISO guidelines and GMP, with Quality Assurance operating independently of manufacturing. Every batch is documented, every deviation investigated, every complaint traced to its root cause.
QMS procedures — nine pillars
Material partners
FSC & non-FSC boards in a full range of GSM and sizes, imported blankets, and laser-cut automated dies for accurate finishing.
